How we started
What started as a deep passion for Tunisia’s ancient
olive heritage soon became a lifelong pursuit of
exceptional olive oil craftsmanship. Guided by
tradition and inspired by the Mediterranean landscape,
we built a premium brand where heritage, authenticity,
and fine olive oil come together. Each harvest reflects
our commitment to excellence — from hand-picked olives

The Beginning
The estate was acquired as a small Mediterranean
property with a vision to revive the surrounding olive groves and restore traditional olive oil production practices.

THE FIRST OLIVE TREES
Over 80 hectares of olive trees were planted, introducing carefully selected olive varieties
